Cost proposals record the amount, destination, date and reason. Publishing approved rates to Medusa will be enabled after historical costing and bundle rules are validated.
Bundle-aware costing
Costs belong to the units you actually fulfill.
Devices, multi-packs, free digital gifts and replacement parts need their own unit rules. The reference cost book keeps those assumptions visible.
