What is included in these figures?
Revenue minus refunds, landed product costs, payment fees and advertising gives profit/loss before overhead. Delivery is already part of landed COGS. The main statement then subtracts expenses recorded in ALBREZ by incurred date. Recoverable tax is excluded only when explicitly marked. Unit economics and market/product breakdowns remain before overhead. Cash and payouts are tracked separately under Cash & reconciliation. This result includes only recorded costs; it is not a certified accounting statement or bank balance. Historical COGS use Medusa’s current configured rates; effective-dated cost history is not connected. Medusa’s effective finance dates are used; they can differ from order creation dates. Advertising uses the latest imported spend and may lag the ad account.
